Replace iTunes #13

It would be nice to not depend on iTunes. If someone whats to tackle this it would be great. Song picks need to be based on weight as well as allowing new songs a chance to catch up. There is a lot of work here and its not easy. If you're up to the challenge let me know! This would be and awesome enhancement!

This seems even more imperative now that iTunes DJ has been removed from iTunes v11.
