Randomize fan art #26

In /lite and /home/new, the fan art is run through in stock order. This causes two issues: first, artists with a lot of fan art will only get some of it exposed; second, the order is fixed in the exact same order for every song by a given artist, which can be monotonous.

This functionality already exists in the full version on the cycle. However the full version sets a width and height which breaks the aspect ration "backfround:cover" feature. We should port it over or copy cycle and make our own.
