OCW styling on proposals page looks funny #20

There are some issues on http://opensourcebridge.org/events/2015/proposals/new (as well as on the login page for same). UL style is one -- seems to have to do with the OCW class on the body, but I'm sure we need that for a reason.

Reid - could you take a look?

I've reverted the styles back to a version that work well for the proposals, but the wiki is currently broken. Working on fixing that up now…

Wiki fixed, but I'm still working on cleaning things up a bit.
