✒️ Update 2017 Speaker Information page on the OSB wiki #313

The proposal acceptance notification makes reference to this page. Use http://opensourcebridge.org/wiki/2016/Speaker_Information as a starting point and update for 2017 as necessary.

I've copied over the 2016 content and made a couple of small edits. @aeschright do you see anything that we want to tweak here before pointing speakers to it in the acceptance email?
