managing-repositories: remove system=false from sources #133

If I'm reading the osbuild-composer's source code correctly, this parameter is currently totally unused, thus we can safely omit it from the documentation.

This was used to indicate that a source was from the system (and therefore immutable). I wonder if it would make sense to expose the repositories using this set to true? Might help with issues like https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2166702 where there was some confusion about what repo was being used.
