blueprint: document livesys #136

Document the new livesys stage, only to be merged after all PRs go through:

I know it's a draft since not all PRs are merged, but looks good!

I wonder what the best way to order the customizations is. Right now it seems "chronologically", so whenever a new customization is added, we append it at the bottom.

One more thought: could be cool to add a "Since Fedora 39" or something to each customization, so we ourselves (but also our users) have an easier time tracking what's available where and since when.

Or at least a osbuild-composer version number of introduction.

During todays discussion at the team meeting it was decided that the custom files customization will be used instead of adding customizations for each configuration file(group).
