Motivation: is your idea related to an existed problem? Please describe. Some people may land on this GH repo and not know how to join the community beyond contributing on GitHub

Proposal: describe the solution you'd like Have a more prominent link/badge to the join the community form or the page before that (see #28 ), on README.md
