Description

Depositions of both map and model (EMDB+PDB) allows upload of a single mmCIF file with a model. Metadata needs to be present in this file as well.

Goal

produced mmCIF is consumed by OneDep

Tasks:

[ ] figure out what software produces mmCIF and if how much metadata fields it fills automatically.
[ ] As input two types of files are expected: model and OSCEM JSON. Strategy to handle duplicates is needed.
