clarified the font family, style and letter spacing for cities beneath the "OS" icon
updated the logo colour combination scheme to tally with our current style guide

Thanks for this amazing PR!

Due to some revamp in the entire documentation, this PR isn't valid anymore. Feel free to poke into the new documentation while it's still a WIP and make new changes where you deem fit.

I'll be closing this now :)
