Develop some kind of branding for oscal.club. #14

I think we have some logos and a slogan. Will need to document here on in the website and move forward. :-)

So, to start off the website for oscal-club/community#5, I developed a logo and some copy templates, but I will want to consider, as part of this work, wrapping up initial work by potentially publishing the logo and other items for others to use, and guidelines on permissble reuse of them.
