Develop website with landing page. #5

As an oscal.club leader, in order for newcomers to get basic information about participating in the community through the Github Discussions platform, I want a simple website and landing page directing newcomers to this area of our Github organization.

Provisional jekyll website published directly to the Github Pages site repo and domain records manually configured. Will need to build out the backfill IaC for DNS records mapping to set up necessary records for Github Pages and the custom CNAME record method.

Need to build out MVP automation from website source code repo and build a Github Actions CI/CD pipeline.

Of course, we then build out an OSCAL component and SSP for our imaginary general support system for oscal.club. Get ready, set, go!

I think this bit is technically done for now, one year in! :laughing:

Will build out more stories and organize the future work better.
