Add ability to change command groups with a command #25

Title explains all.. you should be able to permanently change the groups of commands ingame with just a simple command.

When you say permanently, do you mean until the gamemode restarts or after that as well?

After that aswell, else there would be no point in being able to change it. That's why I mentioned permanently. It would require a database of some sort.
