PlayerTextDraw Problem #201

On latest version of weapon-config i have problem with first created player textdraw, when i login first time on server, first textdraw created on OnPlayerConnect not creating and showing, that is only when i use latest version of weapon-config which have another healthbar textdraw style

UPDATE: Ok guys, I researched and found where the problem arises, but I don't know how to solve it so the problem arises in these pieces of code https://pastebin.com/JZMuhmh6

So, what's the problem: When i start server, when id 0 first time login, my first player textdraw created in OnPlayerConnect will be hidden when he login, only first time, on id 0 When others ids login first time playertextdraw will working correct

UPDATE: Damage Feed doesn't work too until i go relog, problem like for a first player text draw created
