vagrant-cachier support in oscar?

I've been trying to figure out how to add vagrant-cachier support to oscar but if a core oscar developer wanted to race me to the finish line I would be happy to lose that race.

Did you get anywhere with this by any chance? I thought about the same thing today and found this issue :)

@nvalentine-puppetlabs @garethr it's certainly possible to add support for vagrant-cachier, but it's not a priority for me since I don't use vagrant-cachier and don't use vagrant-config_builder much. If either of you are interested in implementing said functionality let me know and I can point you in the right direction.

@garethr It has been sitting on my TODO list for a long time but I've to make a pass at it for two reasons:

1) availability of cycles 2) familiarity with the Vagrant APIs

@adrienthebo, given the recent query as to the status of Oscar, I'd like to propose you and I work together to add this support with added benefit of my getting up-to-speed on the Oscar codebase in general. Perhaps with an eye toward a maintenance handoff to Gareth and myself? Like how I volunteered Gareth there? ;)

It'd be great if there were an easy way to add support for other plugins as well - like vagrant-proxyconf!
