Move 9.2.1 Dead accounts #27

It's in the chapter All about bots, but there has to be a better place for it.

Hmmm, not sure where. Let's keep it here for now. Perhaps a better place will become apparent with future additions

@veerlevanson I'm thinking of just deleting this subchapter. It seemed more important to me when I started the book, but I dont think it really adds much value now. I think people will notice if an account seems " dead".

If thats ok with you then I'll close out this issue and delete the subchapter
