I've been thinking about his a bit more, and I think we'll leave twitter cards or more advanced topics out. I'd like to keep the book quite short and mostly to what can help someone get through their first two weeks of twitter. I'll see what Veerle thinks too.

I think it's good to mention Twitter cards in the Diving deeper chapter. But we can refer to other resources rather than explain it ourselves.
