The proposal discussed in the call is the discovery of the capabilities of the router regarding pluggables. For example:

In the call it was proposed also to consider functional limitations (e.g. breakout functionality)

In the call it was discussed that the power limitations can be complex to model. In the draft we could avoid entering in defining the exact model, but point out the gap, so the work could be done in Green WG or IVY.
