RFC 6991 import: inet versus yang prefix #1

yang ietf-yang-types {{!RFC6991}}

In most YANG modules, the prefix for RFC6991 import is "inet". Ex: see https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc9398#name-tree-diagrams section 1.3

After doing a few grep into https://github.com/YangModels/yang/tree/main/standard/ietf/RFC, I stand corrected. yang is for ietf-yang-types inet is for ietf-inet-types
