Fixes #3

ssh_key was the final resource waiting for import support & testing, now implemented
Added fingerprint attribute to ssh_key resource & data source
make the test suite faster - replaced resource.Test with resource.ParallelTest
load_balancer resource creation waits for complete before continuing (overall, test suite now slower, but this prevents inconsistent failure)
