Support renaming of server
- Partial progress for https://github.com/oscarhermoso/terraform-provider-binarylane/issues/37
Fix issue with forgetting permalink when server is updated
Most server attributes now correctly have a RequiresReplace PlanModifier
New read-only attribute password_change_supported
