UG is poorly formatted. There are often extra spaces before a diagram.

The DG is poorly formatted with empty spaces between diagrams and diagrams cutting off at pages.

Reason for disagreement: I disagree with the severity to be very low. Given that the UG is an important document that users read before using the application, the fact that the user guide is consistently formatted poorly, this makes it more difficult to users to follow the flow of the user guide.
