MOBI or EPUB formats? #111

I appreciate you have made the book available online free, and thank you for doing so, but is there an official MOBI or EPUB format available anywhere, or one that is better that is closer to the original PDF than software like Calibre can autoconvert? The issue with PDFs on my Kindle, rendering using it nonviable, is that it loads the whole page at once, and I would have to zoom in and then scroll through many screen refreshes just to read each line.

This is in the works. PreTeXt seems to be almost able to convert to epub, and nearly almost able to do so in a way that it can be used on a kindle. When this is possible, I'll definitely make these formats available.
