IGHC gene #3

Hello,

My team and I are working on the transmission of IGs from a mother to her baby and we are trying to extract the polymorphisms of the IGHC gene.

I was wondering why you did not consider it in your tool and if we could adapt it to this use. Is there a technical issue if we want to consider the IGHC gene ?

We initially developed IGenotyper for IGHV,D and J but we are currently expanded IGenotyper to the constant region (IGHC). We will be releasing an updated version shortly.
