Mounted a server using *what*? MacFUSE (which this site is about) doesn't mount
any servers. People use MacFUSE to write
programs that could, among other things, be used to mount servers. MacFUSE also
doesn't create or delete any directories.
Perhaps you are talking about sshfs.app, in which case this is an invalid issue
report (See
http://code.google.com/p/macfuse/wiki/FAQ, Q3.4).
If you're talking about anything besides sshfs.app, then you should report it
to the author of whatever it is that you're using.
In this case too this is an invalid issue report.
That aside, did you mean to say "note it is in my /Volumes/" instead of "not it
is in my /Volumes/"? Just the directory being
there doesn't mean that the mount succeeded. It's more likely a failed mount,
and the program in question didn't remove
the directory it created. Type "mount" on the command line to print a list of
things that are currently mounted. If you do
reproduce this, check if the thing is actually mounted.
