Added an updated release.yml as per the suggested solution to issue #70. Incremented version to 1.0.1 in package.json

I don't understand why it's saying I've changes to 4 files? I assume it's a difference between main and release I'd not noticed when I forked it? Hopefully it's easy to resolve.

If you'd like to reject this and I can figure out why it's a bigger change than intended, I'd be happy to go again.
