fix: update async-tungstenite #37

Relates to #36

Nothing particularly stood out to me as breaking. Besides MSRV for example. https://github.com/sdroege/async-tungstenite/blob/0.23.0/CHANGELOG.md

Note: I would recommend a new branch v0.0.x, from the v0.0.4 tag. To contrast with main. And moving to v0.1.x for httpz releases in main.
