WIP: Add Forms in the backend which gets rendered by vue #116

@slashplusweb I have added the loading thingy to the resource form, but it does not work somehow... I have fully refactored the admin to use the new form and resource api. For me this looks pretty good. It is funny, that the PR removes more lines than it adds. Seems to be a good sign.

Ok now there are more loc but I have reimplemented the pages in the backend. was a breeze :-)
