Package for poppler v20.01.0

Waiting on the feedstock for this. I'll open a PR to update it shortly.

Thanks a lot for taking care! I didn't know how to perform that first step, initiating an update of poppler-feedstock. And apparently this has indeed not been that easy, with new issues arising during the process (which to handle would've been beyond my ability).

Yes, MSVC with the feedstock is always a problem!
