Adding poppler to winget #41

Is it possible to add poppler to winget so I can use winget to install and upgrade poppler? Or is there a manifest files that follows the winget standard I can point winget to use as a source?

Hi,

Unfortunately I don't think this is the right place to get started on a winget package. This repository mainly serves to download and zip up the binaries and dlls from conda-forge so there is no real building going on here. I would suggest you direct this question somewhere in the winget organization or take a look at the poppler feedstock to see how they do it.
