If it works on conda it'll be more interesting.

I agree, or at least a better readme like mentioned in https://github.com/oschwengers/asap/issues/13 🤷‍♂️

The readme contains nothing about how to setup for development for having a quick look to decide whether looking further in this project or not, not very developer friendly 👎

Hi @abdeljalil-senhaji , that's true! I'll put this on my list so we will try to distribute the local version via BioConda. However, this might take a while...
