Early diverging non-members for core clade #31

When checking outliers, the core clade found can have the required fraction of taxon members, but the first diverging lineages might not contain any members of this taxon, and it would thus not make sense to include them in the core clade.

Fixed: early diverging lineages of core clade are now checked and excluded if no member of focal taxon is present in them.
