merging of clades with similar names #34

Genera with names that are extensions of another name (e.g. Sequoya and Sequoyadendron) will be seen as in the same taxon due to fuzzy matching of grep.

solve by either boundaries or start-end-anchors (both, in case names are not capitalized)
