taxize with both findings #46

Now the size of the taxfile doesn't match because if NCBI and ITIS both find it both are retained...

fixed by

  1. implementing duplicate elimination and retaining of the database result that did have an entry
  2. changing default database from 'ncbi' to 'both' to avoid taxize internal errors
