(Intruder)plotting for taxize results #47

If no information for certain tips was available on taxize, they were not considered for their own monophyly, but correctly noted as intruders to others where applicable, as it was coded. However, they were not labelled intruders when plotting the results and intruderplots threw the 'no intruders to plot' error, despite GetIntruderTips would correctly list them.

Fixed by changing order of assignment
