Hi!

Not really an issue, just wondering about an package extension. Is there still a plant to incorporate the processing of a tree file with multiple trees? I really enjoy using your package, but that would be a terrific plus.

Hi!

Thanks for the interest in the package! Processing multi-phy isn't terribly high on my priority list per se , but it shouldn't be too hard of a thing to implement, so if you'd think it's really useful I can see that I could implement it sometime soon.

Are there any particular features you'd need? E.g. are you looking to just run a bunch of totally different trees, or are you trying to run different trees with the same set of taxa (like posterior tree sets)?
