Based on request by Jacob, so users can get the collapsed tree to use further, without only having it in the plot.
I already took the respective code block from the plotting function and made it a new function, to be found in MonoColl.R.
Left to do:
[ ] Remove that code from plotting function
[ ] call the MonoColl function in plot instead if monocoll=TRUE, with the necessary adjustments
[ ] check for necessary adjustments if plot code is run on already collapsed set
[ ] check MonoColl code for wrong, missing, and obsolete bits, e.g. the taxlevels == "ALL" warning might not be needed anymore, but then a loop to run this on all taxlevels (and respective changes to output format) has to be introduced
