'bold' dependency installation error

Hi, I cannot install MonoPhy because of a dependency (see below). Installation of 'bold' crashes, so 'taxize' cannot be installed. Hope you can help me! Thanks in advance!

Hmm, let's see if I can help with that. A few quick questions while I start looking at it: Are you trying to install the CRAN or GitHub version of MonoPhy here? Are you using the latest version of R?

Thanks Orlando, and apologies for my delay in replying. I have tried both the CRAN and GitHub versions. I am using R v4.0.2.

Hi again Leonor,

My apologies for the incredibly long silence. A lot has been going on since, including the package being removed from cran because I didn't update my obsolete email address 🤦

I have just uploaded a new version to CRAN and was able to download it without problems on R 4.3.0.

Can you let me know if your issue still persists?
