Теперь будут генерироваться нормальные ссылки для Кириллических символов.

This depends on Cyrillic variant, Russian is not the only one, as we discussed this before. In some variants, for example, this is more appropriate transliteration to latin:

"ц"=>"c"
"ч"=>"c"
"ш"=>"s"

instead of:

"ц"=>"ts"
"ч"=>"ch"
"ш"=>"sh"
