Documentation of the osrank algorithm should be in one document and easy to find.

• [x] merge the e2e and data model document
• [ ] edit the document so dependants and newcomers can understand the current state of the implementation and the open questions
• [ ] link to the document from the osrank-rs readme and vice versa
