Some Glitches on Open Offers #205

There are 'holes' in the listings. I compared with internal view and nothing is missing they are just skipping places. Internal still views as complete grid. ?

There are 4 missing. Checking... it should currently be fixed at 20 per page.

Actually it is 16, or 4 rows... the row hight should be a difference in heights. Will get it fixed.

@ziyan-junaideen thanks! Can you push directly to production. I should create more test records in staging to test but I'll assume it's either good or we'll keep trying! Did you default to 100 in the view?

@amykirschner : Pushing updates to production. Yes the views should have 100 and locally I have the production db which paginated.
