Remove sign up screen links/add new ones

I've redone the signups forms to be network specific in google forms. So I DON'T need the OSC sign up form anymore (will do all manually from admin dashboard.

@amykirschner : you can change the sign up link in Admin > Preferences > Edit (marketplace) > Alt Signup Link.

oops! I didn't realize it was in preferences! (I forget about that screen)

Just remove the links (all of them) in the header - it's messy looking and just a duplication. thanks!

I updated the signup link using the rails console in production. So nothing for you to do regarding that.
