Update Production Colors #215

There's been a branding switch - new colors:

Where orange currently is (header) Green: Green:

71AB43

R: 113 G: 171 B: 67xd C: 62 M: 12 Y: 100 K: 1

Where teal currently is (buttons), purple Purple:

712D6E

R: 113 G: 45 B: 110 C: 63 M: 96 Y: 26 K: 11

Can do this one concurrently with photos/fb graph update. thank you!

Note that the hover color is red for the menu link, does that need to be changed?

The menu color was updated to purple.
