The offers tab received a face lift that required larger images. A large polaroid image version was introduced. Due to the low resolution of old images uploaded (offers in particular) it was decided to leave out this new high-resolution thumb from them until images were updated.
This resulted a 72x72 px image stretched up to 400+px thought it was supposed to use the original image which was about 250px wide due to a bug.
Removes 'highres' flag from photos
Introduces white (JPG) transparent (png) padding for imgages to make 500x500px thumb.
