Added Meetups list for Fall 2019-20 #18

Have added the list of meetups for this academ@osdc/2019-20 Now, we can easily decide the meetups which can be BoF while the ones which are the formal meetups. Also, have added the option to add links to slides of the talk(s).

Who's leading meetups this year ? Is that decided? I'm not gonna be available all the time(dayski).
