Prepare list of mentors and mentees #25

We will need a formal list of who is mentoring who. We have quite a few more experienced members and then a large number of inexperienced ones. We currently know that @kelvinklufio is mentoring @CollinsLord . That is the only one I know of.

This task requires writing rather than technical skills. It would be suitable for a junior. @Prince-linux please label this as "Junior".
