Handful of additions and changes (messy commit tree) #11

Removed an unnecessary page
Added information on System V calling convention
Added page about x86 architecture
Added stub for Visual Studio page
Slightly reorganized main page

The commit tree contains a couple of merge commits, which are a bit messy. Squash if you care, rebase otherwise.

Why was the "why cross compile" article removed? And why did you change "modern OSDev" to "new OSDev". This wiki will focus on modern OSDev (UEFI, Limine, Long Mode), which was one of the issues of the other wiki (which focuses on BIOS, 32-Bit, GRUB Multiboot).

The "why cross compile" article was removed because the tutorial on cross-compiling already had that information.

I changed the name in case you would be receptive to it. You can change it back if you like.
