Auto Zoom Crop Makes Image very Poor

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Upload thumbnail image
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Even tho you select any "size" from wordpress media options, i always get same 
resulst and zoomed crappy cropped thumbnail image.

Attached 2 screen you will see,
One of them orginal size of image which is 150x150, and other one is image what 
you see in thumbnails(broken.jpg) after uploading original image.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

Hmm even &zc=0 does not do anything for me, how can i disable zc ?

The image is being enlarged which is why it looks crappy.  Upload a bigger 
picture. If you can post an example of the query string that would also help.
