file not found for existing files #138

thumb.php returns file not found for existing files if the image file is in an 
apache user directory like http://localhost/~rrd

It returns true if I move the whole thing to a non user directory like 
http://localhost/test/

I think that should be an apache setting what helps to solve the problem.

I have Ubuntu 10.10 Apache 2.0 PHP Version 5.3.2-1ubuntu4.2.
