File name space produces broken image with timthumb

Using the current version (1.24) on an image with a space in the file name 
produces a broken images. Using version 1.16 works on files with space in the 
file name with out any problems.

Let me know if you would like me to do some additional tests. The problem 
occurred when upgrading the script form 1.16 to its current incarnation.
