timthumb 1.28 Not working

No image showed, error message instead

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Windows 7 64bit : Internet Explorer 9 

Please provide any additional information below.

tried to use the latest code for timthumb 1.28 version(previously using the 
1.26), but instead of the image i receive the following error:

Warning: imagesx() expects parameter 1 to be resource, null given in 
/web/htdocs/www.nagrit.com/home/catalog/product_thumb.php 

No error with version 1.26

Need HELP - Thumbnail not showing up 

When I right click-view image on image name of thumbnail I get: 

no image specified
Query String : src=&h=190&w=190&zc=1&a=t&s=5
TimThumb version : 1.22

I need this fixed by tomorrow. Can someone help me?
